Support and general questions
Email support@talyshealth.com. This is the right address for questions about our services, help using them, and any complaint about something we have done.
If you already work with us under a signed agreement, you can use this address too, and you should also use the contact route your agreement names, since that route reaches the people assigned to your engagement.
Reporting a security or availability concern
Email privacy@talyshealth.com to report a security vulnerability, a suspected incident, or a concern about the security, confidentiality, integrity, or availability of our services. We acknowledge reports and investigate them.
If you are reporting a vulnerability, please do so before disclosing it publicly, and please do not access anyone else's data while investigating it. Our Terms of Use at talyshealth.com/terms set out what good-faith security research we will not pursue legal action over.
Privacy requests
Email privacy@talyshealth.com. Our Privacy Policy at talyshealth.com/privacy explains what personal information we handle and what choices you have.
Talys handles protected health information only as a business associate of its healthcare customers under HIPAA. If you are a patient, HIPAA requires that requests about your own health information go to your healthcare provider rather than to us. If such a request reaches us, we forward it to the responsible customer as our agreements require.
What happens after you write to us
We acknowledge what you send, route it to whoever owns the issue, and come back to you. Security reports and incidents follow our incident response process. We do not publish resolution targets here: where we have committed to specific response or service levels, those commitments are in the signed agreement with that customer.
Please do not send protected health information or other sensitive personal information to any of these addresses. They are ordinary email and are not intended to receive it.
